By law, in-house guests have to show passports (travel documents) at Reception at check-in for local government’s registration of temporary stay.
Child Policy
Children under 3 years old sharing room with adults are free of charge of rooms and breakfast. No extra bed is provided. Maximum 2 children under 3 years old per fully paid room.
Children at 6-12 yrs = 210 000 VNĐ (10US$) per child – 1 child per fully paid room.
Check-in & Check-out Time
Check in time is after 2:00 pm and check out time is before 12:00 am
Out-call: Please contact our Receptionist. Your long-distance phone calls (out of local & oversea) might be charged in your room account upon check-out.
Lost & Found: We prefer that you don’t leave items behind, but knowing from our own travelling that it does happen. If you have lost something somewhere along your trip, give us a call and if it were in our lost and found box, we will gladly mail it back to you for the cost of postage and a $10 handling fee.
Public Area: It is allowed to smoke in the specially ventilated restaurant. Smoking inside the air conditioned restaurant and inside guest room are not allowed.

There are Smoking room and Non-smoking room available in our Resort, please make your room request when booking or before check-in
Smoking room: Please do not smoke on bed
Cooking & ironing in room not allowed
Valued items: Please keep all your valuables in room safe-box or send to Reception’s safe box.

If you wanna buy some room as a souvenir of your stay, please contact the Fornt desk (ext. #0). All arising cost will be applied in your room charge. (Please see the Private closet for more detail)
